Absolutely! We value your privacy and follow the HIPPA guideline with utmost importance.
What information do I need to bring?
We would need to see any medical documentation that would support your diagnosis. This includes current medical records, prescriptions, x-rays, or any documentation from your primary physician.
How can I obtain my medical records?
Contact your physician or your hospital’s medical records department for information on how to obtain your medical records.
What is the process of obtaining a recommendation?
When you arrive at the office, you will be asked to complete a medical history form along with other related documentation. You would also have to provide a valid state issued California Identification prior to your evaluation. Our physician will evaluate you and if you qualify, you will receive a recommendation the same day. We issue you one original signed and sealed recommendation form along with a laminated pocket size version.
Do you offer a 24 hour verification service?
We are proud to announce that we now offer our online verification via our website www.medimarclinic.net. Live phone verification is also available as a back-up.
If I receive a recommendation, can you give me a listing where I can purchase my medication?
Medimar cannot recommend any dispensary, cooperative or collective. There are numerous resources that are available to assist you.
Do I have to pay the fee if I do not qualify for a recommendation?
No, we do not collect the fee if you do not receive a recommendation.
Does Medimar accept insurance?
Currently, Medimar does not accept insurance. However, we do offer a discounted price for Veterans
